Cuts will all come vac-sealed, and in meal sized portions. They include: mince, sausages, ribs, broth bones, collarbutt, scotch fillet steaks, rolled shoulder roast, trotters, pork belly, spare ribs, loin chops, leg roast, rump steaks.
