If you love your bacon and ham you’ll go crazy for our traditional wood smoked cured meats! Brined, Smoked, Cooled, and Sliced over a few weeks, these delicious salty treats are available in 300g and 500g packs. Fresh not Frozen. All packs come in vacuum sealed packs.

Traditional Wood smoked sliced Leg Ham & Bacon from our Pastured Pork. This cure and smoking process takes a few weeks from start to finish, but you are left with a deliciously smoky, nitrate reduced, genuine cured pork.
