Echo Valley Bratwurst sausages with sauerkraut and caramelised (or bbq) onions & green apple. Topped with either wholegrain or dijon mustard. (We used Dijon) ✨
2 - Greek Inspired Pork Hotdog
Echo Valley Traditional Pork sausages with parsley and cucumber, topped with a greek yoghurt oregano sauce (1/2 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/8 cup water, salt & pepper, 1 tbspn finely chopped oregano)**For a Lamb version, use Echo Valley Lamb Sausages and switch out the oregano for mint in the yoghurt sauce ;)
3 - Cheeseburger Hotdog
Echo Valley Cheese, Bacon & Beef sausages with cheese, dill pickles and shoestring fries (optional). Topped with tomato sauce and American mustard.
