At Echo Valley, our beef cattle are 100% grass fed and grass finished. They are raised entirely on pasture, without any exposure to hormones, antibiotics, chemical inputs, vaccines, or Bovear (a medicated feed additive). Our focus is on natural, regenerative farming practices that prioritise animal welfare, soil health, and nutrient-dense food.

Our Brangus cattle are grown slowly and naturally to an age of 20–24 months. This slower, pasture-based growth results in beef that is exceptionally juicy, tender, and rich in nutrients — just as nature intended.

Our beef is vacuum-sealed into convenient, meal-sized portions for easy storage and use. Depending on the season and availability, your order may arrive either fresh or frozen — always packed to preserve quality and flavour.
