They’re a great everyday option for easy weeknight dinners, weekend BBQs, or slicing into salads and wraps. No hormones, no antibiotics—just nutritious beef, raised on regeneratively managed pasture.

Cooking Ideas:

• Marinate in olive oil, garlic and herbs, then grill to medium-rare

• Slice thinly after cooking and serve in wraps with tzatziki and salad

• Cook over a hot BBQ and serve with chimichurri or fresh salsa
