The team at Cooks have been living and working on the Granite Belt in Queensland since the mid 1850's, started making juice in the 90's and continue to this day. Cooks Apple Factory represents the second generation of apple juice producers. With no additives or preservatives, the juice is pasteurised to give it a 2-year shelf life.
