Our premium bacon is made from pasture-raised pork belly, cured with care and traditionally smoked over real wood for a deep, savoury flavour. With a perfect balance of meat and fat, it crisps beautifully in the pan while delivering that unmistakable smoky richness.

Traditional - Cured in a traditional brine, wood smoked and hung to intensify flavour - rich, comforting and made with integrity from animals raised on regeneratively managed pasture.

All Echo Valley products are gluten free.
