Our premium smoked Salami sausage is crafted from our very own Grass fed and finished brangus beef. Similar to our pepperoni, it is traditionally made, mild in flavour, and slow-smoked over real wood for a deep, savoury flavour. Moist, textured, and mildly flavoured, it’s perfect for platters, pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, or added to your favourite dishes.
