Our Echo Valley Pastured Eggs are laid by hens that roam freely on regeneratively managed paddocks 24/7—scratching, pecking, and foraging for grass, bugs, and whatever nature provides. Their diet is supplemented with certified organic grain, ensuring they receive everything they need to stay healthy and happy.

At just 500 hens per hectare, our stocking rate is one of the lowest around—giving our birds the space and freedom they deserve. The result? Bright golden yolks, strong shells, and rich, full flavour that tastes like a real egg should.

Grown with care for the land, the animals, and your health, all Echo Valley pastures and inputs are completely chemical-free—meaning no pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides, ever.
