Crafted with care in our on-farm butchery, these gourmet sausages are made using Echo Valley’s premium pasture-raised meats, natural casings, and thoughtfully blended seasonings. Each sausage is hand-twisted in small batches and contains ingredients that celebrate flavour and quality.

Our sausage packs include a rotating mix of classic and specialty flavours such as:

  • Beef & Pork Bratwurst – A traditional German-style sausage, ideal for grilling and serving with sauerkraut or mustard.

  • Herb & Garlic – Bright, aromatic and full of garden-fresh flavour.

  • Beef & Pork Chorizo – Smoky and mildly spicy, great in paella, pasta or breakfast hash.

  • Beef Worcestershire – Bold and tangy, with a hint of umami – perfect in sausage rolls or baked dinners.

  • Beef & Burgundy – A classic French-inspired sausage made with rich beef and a splash of red wine. Deep, savoury and full-bodied — perfect for slow cooking, serving with buttery mash, or slicing into a rustic stew.
  • Honey & Hickory Beef - A smokey barbeque beef sausage, with hints of bacon and a bold sweet flavour to finish.  
  • Thin BBQ Beef – A simple staple, perfect for fussy eaters or seasoning your own way. 
  • Beef, Bacon & Leek – Smokey bacon balanced with sweet onion notes of leek.

All Echo Valley products are gluten free.
