Our pork fillet (also known as pork tenderloin) is a beautifully lean and tender cut, perfect for quick meals that still feel a little bit fancy. Raised on pasture, the pigs we source from our partner farmers are free to roam, root, and forage — resulting in meat that’s naturally flavourful, ethically grown, and free from synthetic nasties.
This cut is best cooked hot and fast — making it a weeknight hero or a dinner party favourite.
