Made with pasture-raised pork and blended by hand in our on-farm butchery, these sausages are crafted in small batches using natural casings and intentional ingredients. Each variety showcases the richness of well-raised pork, paired with thoughtful flavour combinations to suit any occasion.

Sourced from our partner farms, Goorallie, where pigs are raised in ethical, low-stress environments with a strong focus on animal welfare and responsible farming practices. No hormones, no antibiotics — just carefully grown pork from farmers who care for both their animals and the land.

Free from nitrate, artificial preservatives or fillers, this is sausages as you remember them - flavourful, nourishing and made with integrity from animals raised on regeneratively managed pasture.

Traditional Pork – Mild, simple and family-friendly. 

Italian Pork – Full of Mediterranean flavour with herbs, pepper and a little heat.
