These creamy rolled oats are grown by Stephen and Tania Walter at Burrum Biodynamics in the Wimmera region of Western Victoria. Focusing on soil health, they apply biodynamic preparations to activate soil microbiology, improve fertility with multi-species cover crops, and use minimal tillage techniques—all without chemicals or water-soluble fertilizers.
After harvest in November/December, the oats are cleaned on-farm and then sent to Blue Lake Milling in Bordertown, South Australia, for processing. The result is a nutrient-dense, Australian-grown oat that cooks into a soft, creamy porridge.
