This wholesome almond meal is made from whole ground almonds (with the skin on). Grown on the Casarosa orchard in South Australia without the use of synthetic pesticides.

It's naturally rich in fibre, plant protein and natural oils, with a delicious nutty flavour and slightly course texture. 

Perfect for coeliacs, low-carb bakers, and anyone wanting to add healthy fats and whole-food structure to their meals.

Note: Almond meal can generally be used interchangeably with almond flour in most home recipes, but it will give a slightly denser texture.
