Made from ripe Kalamata olives grown and processed at Rosnay Organics in Canowindra, NSW, this rich and savoury olive paste makes the most of olives that are too soft for whole-olive packing.
The olives are gently processed into a smooth paste and combined with rosemary, thyme and a touch of chilli, creating a delicious balance of rich olive flavour, fragrant herbs and subtle warmth.
Perfect spread on sourdough, served with cheese and antipasto, stirred through pasta or used to add depth to dressings, sauces and savoury dishes.
