Made on the Huston family farm at Junction View, Queensland, this organic pecan oil is cold pressed from small pieces of Australian-grown pecans that would otherwise be too small for packing.
The pecans are grown, harvested, cracked, dried, sorted and pressed on-farm, helping preserve their delicate natural oils and fresh, buttery flavour. The oil is lightly filtered to produce a clear, aromatic finishing oil with a rich yet delicate nutty taste.
Perfect for drizzling over salads and vegetables, finishing dishes, or adding a subtle pecan flavour to cooking and baking.
