These two varieties of rolled oats are Australian grown, using biodynamic or organic practices.
Choose the creamy oats for a naturally creamy and mild end product. Grown by Burrum Biodynamics in western Victoria, who have been refining their farming approach since the late 1990's.
Or if you'd like oats with a bit of bite, pick the chewy oats. They're cut a little thicker, and have a robust texture resulting in a heartier, richer dish. These organic oats are Grown by Four Leaf Milling in South Australia.
