Similar to the bacon hocks, our smoked bacon bones and ribs are traditionally salt brined and smoked, they are the perfect cut to add to a hearty stew, giving it a smokey flavour, and adding morsels of rich smokey pork meat to any soup or stew.

Smokey Vegetable soup: Rich, creamy and chunky. Slow cook over stove with vegetables of choice, remove bones prior to serving. Serve with crusty bread and butter.
