Similar to the broth bones, our smoked bones and ribs are traditionally salt brined and smoked, they are the perfect cut to add to a hearty stew, giving it a smokey flavour, and adding morsels of rich smokey beef meat to any soup or stew. 

Cooking ideas:

  • Smokey Vegetable soup: Rich, creamy and chunky. Slow cook over stove with vegetables of choice, remove bones prior to serving. Serve with crusty bread and butter.

  • In Soups and Stews: Add to lentil soup, or slow-cooked beans for a smoky depth of flavour.
