Wholegrain Milling Co have close partnerships with Australian organic farmers to deliver consistent, high-performance baking flours.
The Baker's Flour is made from Australian grown, certified organic wheat. The stoneground technique grinds the entire grain into a soft flour suitable for a wide range of baking.
The Spelt Flour is made from Australian grown, certified organic spelt. Spelt, an ancient grain, is known for its digestibility and rich nutritional profile. The flour is unbleached and free from additives, aligning with our commitment to wholesome, chemical-free products.
